(a) It is unlawful for any person to leave the premises of an establishment that offers fuel for sale after dispensing fuel and knowingly failing to pay for such fuel, where the value of the fuel is less than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

(b) The Court Clerk shall notify the Department of Revenue, Division of Motor Vehicles, of any plea of guilty or nolo contendere to a violation of Subsection (a) above.

(c) Violation of this Section shall be noncriminal and subject to the penalties set forth in Subsection 10-9(a). (Ord. 737 §1, 2004; Ord. 831 §1, 2006)
