Neither the Town, nor its officers, employees or agents, nor any person acting under the direction of the Town, its officers, employees or agents, shall be liable for any damages occasioned by the towing, impoundment or storage of a vehicle pursuant to this Chapter or pursuant to the provisions of state law in the enforcement of the provisions of this Section.
