This Article is declared to be a traffic infraction, as defined at Section 8-102 of this Chapter, and any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this Article, upon conviction, entry of a guilty plea or nolo contendere plea, may be subject to a fine imposed by the Municipal Court not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
