(a) No person shall drive, move, stop or park on any state highway or Designated Truck Route as shown on the Designated and Restricted Truck Route Map, attached as Exhibit A to the ordinance codified herein, any vehicle or vehicles of a size, weight or load that exceeds that allowed for such vehicle or vehicles under Sections 42-4-502 through 42-4-509, C.R.S., and the Model Traffic Code, Sections 507 and 508.

(b) No person shall drive, move, stop or park on any Restricted Truck Route as shown on the Designated and Restricted Truck Route Map any vehicle or vehicles of a weight of more than twenty-six thousand (26,000) Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) pounds. (Ord. 961 § 1, 2008)
