(a) The Town and its officers, employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any costs or damages resulting from any act or omission in any way connected with or related to snow removal or the removal or impoundment of a vehicle pursuant to this Chapter.

(b) The Town may elect from time to time to repair or pay for damage to private real or personal property. Such action shall in no way set a precedent or create the requirement to take such action. (Ord. 928 § 1, 2007)
