Civil traffic infractions, except as provided by Section 8-105 relating to traffic offenses for which imprisonment may be imposed upon conviction, shall be tried only to the Municipal Judge or associate municipal judge. A referee who shall be authorized only to hear parking assessment traffic infractions, need not be an attorney-at-law. (Ord. 381 § 1, 1977)
