In the event the property is not removed within fifteen (15) days, Town officials are authorized to dispose of the property at public sale. Proceeds of the sale shall be first applied to expense of the sale, then to attorney fees, then to fines, and the balance, if any, shall be paid to the owner. (Ord. 304 §4, 1977)
