Sec. 7-110. Disposition of impounded animals.

If an impounded animal is not claimed within five (5) days from the first notice of impoundment, the animal may be disposed of in any humane manner prescribed by Section 35-80-107(7), C.R.S. (Ord. 1028 § 10, 2010)
