No person shall sell alcohol beverages within the Town except pursuant to and in compliance with the Town Liquor Code, the state liquor laws and a currently valid Town license. All previously issued Town licenses must be renewed annually upon proper application and payment of licensing and application fees. (Ord. 1380 §2, 2022)
