Pursuant to Section 12-43.3-103(2)(a), C.R.S., no person shall cultivate or sell medical marijuana within the Town’s boundaries unless such person does so as a patient or licensed primary caregiver registered in accordance with Section 25-1.5-106, C.R.S., and this Article. (Ord. 1050 §3, 2010)
