A kennel or pet shop is defined as the keeping, maintenance or possession for sale of more than two (2) dogs or other animals, fowl or rodent. The fee is as set by the fee schedule adopted by resolution. The application for a license must be accompanied by written consent to such business by all persons in possession of adjacent premises.
