A Christmas tree lot is the location for the sale or offering for sale of trees commonly called Christmas trees, from a lot or location established solely for that purpose. The fee is as set by the fee schedule adopted by resolution. It is unlawful for any licensee to allow Christmas trees to be on the premises after January 1 of the year following the season for which the license was issued.
