Applications for all licenses required shall be made in writing to the Town Clerk on forms provided and containing such information as may be needed for proper guidance of Town officials in issuing of the permit or license applied for. No license shall be issued to any person unless such person is over the age of eighteen (18) years and is of good moral character and financial responsibility. (Ord. 293 §2, 1977)
