Sec. 6-11. Termination; revocation.

(a) Licenses shall terminate on the last day of the month one (1) year from the date of issuance, unless renewed thirty (30) days prior to expiration. Any license, though current, may be revoked upon seven (7) days’ written notice and opportunity for hearing, if the Town finds:
(1) The licensee has failed to file any required reports;
(2) The licensee has violated any of the terms of his or her license; or
(3) Any fact or condition exists which, if it had existed or been known to exist at the time of the application, would have warranted the refusal of issuance of the license.
(b) Any license is automatically revoked on the termination of any bonding or insurance required herein. (Ord. 293 §5, 1977; Ord. 1099 §1, 2012)
