This Article shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, as by law required, upon acceptance thereof in writing by the Company, within thirty (30) days of final passage, and the terms, conditions and covenants hereof shall remain in full force and effect for a period of fifteen (15) years from and after the effective date following final passage. This Article and the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereunder are subject to all present and future valid governmental legislation or regulation, whether federal or state, of duly constituted authorities which have jurisdiction over this Article, one (1) or both of the parties or any transaction hereunder.
