Sec. 5-62. Definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
For purposes of this Article, the following terms shall have the meaning given herein:
Company is Kinder Morgan, Inc., the Grantee of rights under this Franchise.
Person is any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation, company or organization of any kind.
Town is the Town of Frederick, Weld County, Colorado, the Grantor of rights under this Franchise.
Trustees is the Board of Trustees of the Town of Frederick, Colorado. (Ord. 850 § 2, 2006)
