(a) Severability. If any Section, Subsection, paragraph, term or provision of this franchise is determined to be illegal, invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such determination shall have no effect on the validity of any other Section, subsection, paragraph, term or provision of this Article, all of which will remain in full force and effect for the term of the franchise, or any extension or extensions thereof.

(b) Waiver of Challenge. The Grantee agrees that it will not challenge the Grantor’s authority as of the effective date of this franchise to enter into this franchise. (Ord. 731 §1, 2004)
