(a) There is hereby established a Historic Preservation Commission Fund for the purpose of historic preservation projects and such other related projects as may be deemed appropriate.

(b) Funding for this Historic Preservation Commission Fund shall come from royalties assigned to it from the sale of the book entitled “Around Frederick” and such other funds as may be donated to it from time to time.

(c) The Board of Trustees shall authorize expenditures from the fund consistent with the purpose of historic preservation projects and such other related projects as may be deemed appropriate. (Ord. 1151 §§1—3, 2013; Ord. 1376 §3, 2022)
