The Board of Trustees shall adopt an annual budget for each fiscal year in accordance with the procedure set forth in the Local Government Budget Law of Colorado, Section 29-1-101, et seq., C.R.S., as may be amended from time to time. (Ord. 1002 §11, 2009; Ord. 1003 §1, 2009)
