Sec. 2-9-530. Payment and source of funds.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) Payment of scholarship awards will be made directly to the school, college or university annually.
(b) The scholarship program shall be funded from interest earned annually from the Oil Royalty Trust Fund pursuant to Section 4-59 of this Code. (Ord. 1376 §1, 2022)
