The Scholarship Committee shall consist of the Mayor, and additional community members as determined by the Mayor. The Town Clerk or designee shall act as the secretary to the committee and may, at the discretion of the Mayor, be a voting member of the committee. There shall be an odd number of members and all members shall have equal voting rights. In the event that a child of one (1) of the committee members is a scholarship applicant, that member shall be replaced for that application period. (Ord. 1376 §1, 2022)
