Sec. 2-9-410. Membership.

(a) Unless provided by the Town Board in the enacting resolution, commissions shall consist of:
(1) Seven (7) voting members who are residents of the Town of Frederick;
(2) A Town Board Trustee to serve as a nonvoting liaison to the committee;
(3) A staff representative to serve as a nonvoting liaison to the committee, who may also serve as secretary to the committee.
(4) With the exception of the Trustee liaison, members shall be appointed by the staff representative, subject to removal by the staff representative or the Board of Trustees as contemplated by Section 2-9-40(b) of this Code. (Ord. 1376 §1, 2022)
