Sec. 2-9-40. Removal.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) Unless otherwise provided herein, commissions, boards, or committees shall determine, through their bylaws, the attendance requirements for the respective commission, board, or committee. Failure of any member to meet the attendance requirements shall be grounds for removal.
(b) Any commission, board, or committee member may be removed by a majority vote of the Town Board. (Ord. 1376 §1, 2022)
