Commissioners shall serve three (3) year terms. Terms shall be staggered to prevent a majority of the membership being renewed at one (1) time. There will be no limit to the number of terms a commissioner may serve. Commissioners appointed due to a resignation shall fulfill the term of the seat to which they are appointed.
