(a) Any person or persons, firm or corporation, jointly or severally, who wishes to appeal a determination made by the Building Official shall file an application with the Town Manager or designee. The appeal application shall be filed within twenty (20) days after the notice or order was served on a form obtained from the Building Official.

(b) An appeal from an action, decision, ruling, judgment, or order of the Building Board of Appeals may be made by any person or persons, firm or corporation, jointly or severally, who have been aggrieved thereby to the District Court, as provided for by Colorado Statutes. (Ord. 1376 §1, 2022)
