The Building Appeals Board shall be comprised of at least one (1) member of the Board of Trustees and two (2) members of the community appointed by the Board of Trustees. Community members that are appointed shall not serve on any other commission, board, or committee of the Town and shall be appointed for three (3) year terms, with no term limits. The Building Appeals Board shall render all decisions and findings in writing to the appellant, with a duplicate copy to the Building Official. (Ord. 1376 §1, 2022)
