The Board of Trustees shall appoint and may remove the Town Manager. The Board of Trustees shall appoint and may remove, consistent with state statutes, the Town Attorney, Town Clerk, Town Treasurer and Municipal Judge. Employees within the Town Attorney or Town Clerk offices shall be employed and may be terminated by their respective supervising appointed official and/or their designee. All remaining Town employees shall be employed and may be terminated by the Town Manager and/or a designee of the Town Manager. (Ord. 700 §1, 2003; Ord. 1088 §1, 2012; Ord. 1368 §3, 2022)
