During the Town Manager’s temporary absence or disability, or during any period of vacancy prior to the Board of Trustee’s appointment of a Town Manager, the Board of Trustees shall appoint a Town employee to serve as acting Town Manager. The provisions of this Article applicable to the Town Manager shall apply to the acting Town Manager during the period of the appointment. (Ord. 700 § 1, 2003; Ord. 1088 § 1, 2012)
