Sec. 2-181. Department created; control of officers.

The Town shall have a paid Police Department consisting of a Chief and such police officers as are deemed necessary. The members shall be hired and removed by the Town Manager and subject to the control and orders of the Town Manager. (Ord. 1002 §4, 2009; Ord. 1003 §1, 2009; Ord. 1088 §1, 2012)
