If any section, subsection or provision of the Design Standards or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is declared unconstitutional or otherwise invalid by any competent court, the remainder of the Design Standards shall continue in full force and effect, it being the intent of the Board of Trustees that the Design Standards would have been adopted even if such unconstitutional or invalid matter had not been included herein. It is further declared that if any section, provision or part of the Design Standards or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the Design Standards and the application thereof to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
