Any person, firm or corporation who shall alter or change these Design Standards, except in the manner prescribed in this Article, or who shall alter or tamper with the Code in any manner so as to cause the ordinances of the Town to be misrepresented thereby, shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable as provided in Section 18-104 below.
