It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any of the provisions of the International Fire Code, to violate or fail to comply with any order made thereunder, or to build in violation of any detailed statement, specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder or any certificate or permit issued thereunder, and such violation shall constitute a violation of this Code and shall be punishable as herein provided.
