Any person who violates any provision of this Article shall be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed one (1) year or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day during any portion of which any violation of any provision of this Article is committed, continued or permitted by any such person shall be a separate offense. (Ord. 941 § 1, 2007)
