This building code is adopted and administered under the authority granted by Part 6 of Article 15 of Title 31, Part 4 of Article 15 of Title 31, Part 1 of Article 16 of Title 31 and Part 2 of Article 16 of Title 31, C.R.S. (Ord. 940 § 1, 2007)
