Sec. 13-85. Change of use of water prohibited.

It shall be prohibited for any person or persons to alter, change, enlarge or extend in any manner whatsoever the type of use for which water was originally taken and used from the Town water utility without the express written consent of the Town. (Ord. 1312 §1, 2019)
