Irrigation of landscaped areas is further limited to the hours between 12:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and the hours between 6:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. on designated watering days.

(2) Persons irrigating with native water or well water are exempt from the watering restrictions but are required to post a clearly visible sign on their property stating that their irrigation water source is native water or well water.

(3) Use of water for the irrigation of new lawns may be allowed under a special permit from the Town for a period of time not to exceed six (6) weeks. The cost of the permit shall be as set by the fee schedule adopted by resolution, and the permit shall be conspicuously posted and maintained on the property. Irrigation of new lawns is limited to the hours between 12:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and the hours between 6:00 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.
