Failure to pay for water services supplied by the Town within ninety (90) days of the billing date thereof shall result in certification to the County Treasurer of the water-using property, the amount of unpaid charges and the name of the user and the name of the property owner if different from the name of the user. Such certified charges are to be collected and paid over by the County Treasurer in the same manner as taxes are authorized pursuant to state law. (Ord. 1312 §1, 2019)
