All water meters shall be maintained by the Town water utility, and shall be tested and repaired as necessary, not less than at least once in each ten (10) year period. The cost of repairs resulting from neglect or abuse by the water user shall be paid by the user and added to and considered a part of the charge for water service. (Ord. 1312 §1, 2019)
