As a condition of receiving water service from the Town utility, an applicant must connect to the Saint Vrain Sanitation District for sanitary sewer service per the latest IGA between the Town and the District. A written notice indicating the recommendation of the St. Vrain Sanitation District and compliance therewith by the applicant shall be received by the Town prior to physical connection to the Town water utility by the applicant. The terms of such sewer connection shall be determined by the District Board of Directors. Under special circumstances, the requirement to connect to the St. Vrain Sanitation District may be waived or postponed upon approval of the Board of Trustees. Any existing or proposed septic systems must comply with the Weld County Department of Public Health and Environment standards and would operate under their jurisdiction. (Ord. 1312 §1, 2019)
