Sec. 13-46. Outside Town water service; contract required.

An applicant for water service from the Town to serve any area outside the Town limits shall enter into a water service contract with the Town. Such contract shall define the conditions for connection to the Town water utility for the purpose of taking and using water for normal municipal purposes such as domestic, commercial or industrial.
