As used in this Article, unless the context in which they are used clearly requires otherwise:

Customer means the owner of record of a residential lot, tract or parcel of land within the Town. Unincorporated areas of Weld County may be included through an IGA between the Town and the County.

Residential waste means ashes, trash, waste, rubbish, garbage or industrial waste products or any other discarded materials, including recyclable materials, from sources other than industrial or commercial establishments or multi-family residences of eight (8) or more units.

Single-source waste service means any residential curbside collection, transportation or disposition of solid waste and recyclables at the direction of the Town and pursuant to an exclusive agreement between the Town and a private party or provided directly by employees and using equipment of the Town, including any and all rights or interests the Town may have in any residential waste collection, transportation or disposition.
