(a) The Board of Trustees may substitute or waive any conditions or requirements deemed necessary to meet the purposes of this Division.

(b) The Board of Trustees may from time to time determine that certain provisions of the water dedication ordinance, as amended, may be inapplicable to certain developments or portions of certain developments, or that the application of said ordinance should be deferred in time or on certain conditions. Any such determinations shall be set out expressly in the annexation, development and other similar agreements. (Ord. 1387 §1, 2023)
