(a) All costs and expenses related to dedicating water rights or shares to the Town to satisfy the requirements of this Division shall be paid by the person required to dedicate water rights or shares to the Town pursuant to this Division.

(b) The requirements and the fees described in the tables as set by the fee schedule adopted by resolution may be adjusted by resolution by the Board of Trustees. These fees must be paid prior to issuance of a building permit.

(c) The Frederick Capital Improvement Fee, as set by the fee schedule adopted by resolution, shall be charged at a rate equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of the value listed for a five-eighths (5/8) inch tap per each multifamily dwelling unit. (Ord. 1387 §1, 2023)
