Although it is the intent of the Board of Trustees to adhere to the placement of sidewalks, curbs and gutters as detailed in Section 11-73 of this Article, the Board of Trustees recognizes that some areas of the Town have sidewalks that were installed in different styles. The Board of Trustees will not require that these sidewalks be replaced if they are in good repair. (Ord. 1006 § 1, 2009)
