Sec. 11-49. Depositing litter in streets prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit in or litter any street with ashes, sod, earth, grass clippings, sand, gravel, rubbish, waste paper, garbage or any other waste material. (Prior code 20.21)
