Sec. 10-197. Throwing missiles.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) It shall be unlawful to knowingly project any missile at or against any vehicle or equipment designed for the transportation of persons or property.
(b) It shall be unlawful to knowingly project any missile at or against a bicyclist.
(c) As used in this Section, missile means any object or substance. (Ord. 1020 §1, 2009)
