Sec. 10-151. Public indecency.
This section is included in your selections.
(a) Any person who performs any of the following in a public place or where conduct may reasonably be expected to be viewed by members of the public commits the offense of public indecency:
(1) An act of sexual intercourse;
(2) An act of deviate sexual intercourse;
(3) A lewd exposure of the body done with intent to arouse or to satisfy the sexual desire of any person;
(4) A lewd fondling or caress of the body of another person;
(5) An act of masturbation; or
(6) An excretory function, including urination and defecation.
(b) A person who violates this Section is guilty of a noncriminal violation and, upon conviction thereof, shall be sentenced under the guidelines of Subsection 1-72(a) of this Code. (Ord. 918 § 1, 2007)
