Any additions or amendments to this Code shall be adopted as ordinances under applicable provisions of the state law, and when passed in such form as to indicate the intention to make the same a part hereof, shall be deemed to be incorporated in the Code so that reference to it as the "Frederick Municipal Code" shall be understood as including such additions or amendments.
