The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency is a specific engineering report entitled "The Flood Insurance Study for the Town of Frederick, Colorado," dated July 13, 1982, with an accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Map, Flood Boundary-Floodway Maps (FIRM and FBFM) and any revisions thereto are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this Article. The Flood Insurance Study is on file at the Town offices.
